Rating Our Items: 

10/10 - Brand New/New with Tags
9/10 - Like new condition, no visible wear
8/10 - Good used condition, minor wear
7/10 - Used condition, visible signs of wear
6/10 - Fair condition, visible signs of wear/flaws
5/10 or below - Very used condition, damaged

Clothing & Accessories: Every product we take in on consignment is inspected to look for stains, holes, or flaws. We do our best to photograph the products and rate the condition so you know what you are purchasing.

Entertainment (Games, Books, Toys, etc.): We open up all games, books, toys, etc. to ensure they all work and have all of their pieces. If they do not, this will be stated in the description of the item.

Household Items: We do not offer shipping on certain household items such as furniture, kitchen wears (microwaves, dishes, etc) or heavy small wears due to weight and shipping fees.
