9/10 - Like new condition, no visible wear
8/10 - Good used condition, minor wear
7/10 - Used condition, visible signs of wear
6/10 - Fair condition, visible signs of wear/flaws
5/10 or below - Very used condition, damaged

Household Items: We do not offer shipping on certain household items such as furniture, kitchen wears (microwaves, dishes, etc) or heavy small wears due to weight and shipping fees.
